Demountable Plant body

Demountable plant body fabricated for a customer to suit there vehicle. They already have a tipper and a cement mixer body and they wanted a plant body to fit the vehicle making it even more versatile.

We fabricated the body and painted it, fitted a hard wood floor and then a hydraulic winch with quick release couplings. We had to fit extra tail lights to keep the vehicle leagal as the overhang obstructed the origional tail lights. We also sourced a pair of seccond hand heavy duty alloy ramps to suit the body.

The body is removed by opening the twist locks and opperating 4 hydraulic rams which lift the body up. 4 legs are then inserted and the vehicle can then be driven out from underneath the body.
