MSIS Tanker refurb

Full refurb of a vaccuum tank and a rechassis. First we removed the tank from old chassis, rebuilt the transfere box, water pump and the blower. Then re-mounted the tank to a newer chassis, painted it. Repaired and altered the side racks. Replaced water pipes and any worn hydraulic hoses. Then compleatly re-wired the equipment.
